Pre- & Post-Treatment Care & Instructions

Please understand, when you forget or simply choose to cancel your appointment without giving the spa ample notice to make other accommodations, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Therefore, the clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our amazing waxing services & expertly designed customized facials. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours or more in advance because we know how easy it can be to forget an appointment you may have booked weeks or even months ago. 

Since these amazing services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation Fee will apply. We may be asking for a credit card to securely store on your client file.

• Less than 24-hour notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
• “NO SHOWS” will be charged a fee of 100% of the reserved service amount.
• If you have multiple services booked during a single time slot & they are not canceled or rescheduled with 24 hours notice, you will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 

This cancellation policy allows us the appropriate time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keep our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone, all while keeping our prices reasonable & services accessible.
