Learn More About Combination Eyebrow Tattoos

A combination eyebrow tattoo combines the techniques of microblading & powder brows to create a natural-looking result with more defined edges. This technique is ideal for those with extremely sparse eyebrows who want a more filled-in & defined "make-up" type look. Combination eyebrow tattoos can last for 1-3 years, depending on your skin type & aftercare routine.

Immediately following the appointment, the tattooed area will appear to be dark, slightly bold in color & more sharply defined. Do not apply any cosmetics in this area for 10-14 days. If your skin starts to feel tight or dry around day 3-4, you may use a small amount of aftercare ointment. Oily skin clients will be asked to blot the eyebrow area every 2-3 hours with clean blotting paper until fully healed. Please be sure to follow all aftercare instructions provided to you.

Learn More About Nano brows

Nanobrows, also known as nanoblading, is a fast-growing technique due to the hyper-realistic effect of tiny hair strokes created with a handheld machine, quickly becoming a client favorite. An alternative to microblading, but with minimal skin trauma & faster fading, leaving you with the most natural-looking hair-strokes.

Suitable:

  • Clients with ‘normal’ aka combination skin (i.e. not too dry or too oily, not easily aggravated) or sensitive, with no chronic conditions such as acne or rosacea.
  • Client’s with small pores, specifically in the T-Zone area of the face.
  • Clients with no previous PMU who want a natural-looking hair stroke effect.

Not Suitable:

  • Clients prone to eczema, psoriasis, keratosis pilaris, & dermatitis (i.e. skin is constantly flaking, itching, or aggravated) – chances are, their skin is in a constant state of unrest & shedding. In this case, their skin will not hold the pigment well & is not suitable for tattooing.
  • The same goes for conditions like chronic acne & rosacea. The inherent nature of this type of skin causes easy bleeding, which once again means the skin will not retain the pigment very well. Also, the color tends to heal very cool. Frequent touch-ups (every 6 months) is recommended to maintain color on this skin type.
  • Clients with large pores, specifically in the eyebrow region & forehead (aka the T-Zone), the color will fade faster & the retention will not be as great compared to someone with smaller pores & non-oily skin.
  • People with previous eyebrow tattoos may want to change or fix what they already have. Laser removal prior to the procedure is recommended if the color is still too dark or if they want to change the shape. In general, nano brows are not ideal for clients with an existing tattoo.
  • Clients with other general PMU contraindications, such as pregnancy.

Learn More About Micro-shading

Micro-shading is an innovative & effective way to create the illusion of natural, fuller-looking eyebrows. Similarly to microblading, Micro-shading uses a fine needle to apply natural-toned ink to the superficial layers of skin around the eyebrows. The primary difference between the two techniques is that Micro-shading does not tattoo full strokes like microblading. Instead, Micro-shading uses a thinner & more precise needle to create points of pigmentation on the skin. By gradually feathering in these small yet significant strokes, a shading effect is created that not only mimics the appearance of natural hair, but adds definition & depth to the overall arches.

Unlike traditional eyebrow tattooing or microblading methods, Micro-shading produces a more feathery, powdery appearance. Some compare it to the soft & fluffy effect that is more often achieved through mineral-based makeup or “penciled-in” brows. Micro-shading is a form of permanent tattooing, but rest assured that the overall look is much more natural than needle!

Those with oily skin types may need to get their brows touched up more frequently because the extra moisture in their skin can dilute the pigment of the ink & soften its color more quickly. Those with average to dry skin types should expect the Micro-shading treatment to last anywhere from one to one-&-a-half years.

If you want to achieve fuller, healthier, & bolder looking brows with very little upkeep & a long-lasting effect, then Micro-shading will be a perfect option for you. Those with oily skin types may need to get their brows touched up more frequently because the extra moisture in their skin can dilute the pigment of the ink & soften its color more quickly. Those with average to dry skin types should expect the Micro-shading treatment to last anywhere from one to one-&-a-half years.

Learn More About Powder brows

Powder brows are a cosmetic semi permanent makeup technique designed to create eyebrows with soft powder effect, very similar to powder makeup. The powder effect is done with a shading technique using a permanent makeup device, which is similar to a tattoo gun.

Powder eyebrow tattooing is typically done in a single session & begins with a consultation to determine the shape & style of the brows. The tattoo artist will then use a pencil to draw the shape onto your skin, taking into account your natural brow shape & bone structure. Once the shape has been agreed upon, the artist will use a tattoo machine to deposit pigment into the skin in a soft, powdered pattern. The technique creates a gradient effect that is darker at the tail & lighter towards the front of the brow, resulting in a natural-looking result.

Powder eyebrow tattooing typically lasts for 2-3 years, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, & aftercare routine. Over time, the pigment may fade or change color, requiring touch-ups to maintain the appearance of your eyebrows.

Learn More About Ombre Eyebrow Tattoos

An ombre eyebrow tattoo involves using a digital machine to create a gradual gradient effect that looks like soft makeup. This technique is ideal for those who want a more natural-looking & gradual transition from light to dark. Ombre eyebrow tattoos can last for 2-5 years, depending on skin type & aftercare.

Learn More About Eyebrow Feathering

Feathering eyebrow tattoos involve creating hair-like strokes using a digital machine to mimic the look of natural eyebrow hairs. This technique is ideal for those who want a natural-looking result with added texture & depth. Feathering eyebrow tattoos can last for 1-3 years, depending on skin type & aftercare.

Learn More About 3D Eyebrow Tattoos

A 3D eyebrow tattoo involves creating hair-like strokes using a digital machine to mimic the look of natural eyebrow hairs. This technique is ideal for those who want a natural-looking result with added depth & dimension. 3D eyebrow tattoos can last for 2-5 years, depending on skin type & aftercare.

Learn More About Hairstroke Eyebrow Tattoos

Hair stroke eyebrow tattoos involve creating hair-like strokes using a digital machine to mimic the look of natural eyebrow hairs. This technique is ideal for those who want a natural-looking result with added definition & texture. Hair stroke eyebrow tattoos can last for 1-3 years, depending on skin type & aftercare.

Learn More About Permanent Lip Color

Permanent lip color, also known as lip blushing, lip tattooing, or micro-pigmentation, is a cosmetic procedure that adds color, definition, and shape to your lips.

A trained artist uses a handheld machine and pigment to shade the superficial layers of the skin. The pigment is retained as the skin heals. The result is long-lasting, natural-looking lip enhancement.

Learn More About Scar & Stretch Mark Treatments

Restorative tattoos for stretch marks and scars are permanent tattoos that use flesh-toned ink to camouflage the appearance of scars and stretch marks. This technique is also known as scar camouflage, corrective pigment camouflage, or skin re-pigmentation. Scar and stretch mark camouflage deposits flesh-colored pigment into the dermis, blending hypopigmented or pale scars and stretch marks into the surrounding skin to dramatically improve their appearance. Scars and stretch marks become less noticeable with color and depth restored to the tissue.

A tattoo artist matches the ink to your skin tone. The ink is injected into the skin using a tattoo needle. The tattoo creates an optical illusion that makes the scars or stretch marks less visible.

  • People with lighter scars or stretch marks, also known as hypopigmentation
  • People who want to reduce the appearance of stretch marks from pregnancy, weight fluctuations, or other factors

Learn More About Scalp Micropigmentation

Scalp micropigmentation is a cosmetic treatment for thinning hair or hair loss. It's sometimes also called a hair tattoo. A provider uses thin, small needles to deposit tiny dots of pigment (color) on the scalp.

A technician uses a specialized needle to apply pigment dots to the scalp in a pattern that mimics hair follicles.  The dots are strategically placed to create depth and density, resulting in a natural-looking appearance.

Learn More About Areola 3D Realism Restoration Tattoos

An "Areola 3D Realism Restoration Tattoo" is a specialized type of medical tattoo that uses advanced techniques to create a highly realistic, three-dimensional appearance of the areola and nipple, often used by individuals who have undergone breast reconstruction surgery after a mastectomy, aiming to replicate the natural look of the breast area with detailed shading and color variations to mimic the skin's natural texture; essentially, it's a tattoo designed to restore the appearance of a lost areola, making it look as close to the real thing as possible.

  • Purpose: Primarily used for breast cancer survivors who have had a mastectomy, allowing them to achieve a more natural appearance after breast reconstruction surgery.
  • Technique: Utilizes specialized pigments and advanced tattooing techniques to create depth and shading, simulating the natural look of the areola and nipple.
  • Benefits: Considered a less invasive alternative to nipple reconstruction surgery, offering a more aesthetically pleasing outcome for many patients.
  • Procedure: Usually involves multiple sessions to achieve the desired level of realism, with careful color matching and detailed design to replicate the individual's natural areola.
